Staines Hockey Club has over 130 years of history and we take pride in fostering a love for field hockey in our community. We are on the lookout for Junior Hockey Coaches who are passionate about the sport and want to help young players reach their full potential.

We offer junior teams for players from under 6 to under 18, and 9 adult teams. Our club is a big hockey family, where players and coaches support each other on and off the field.

We have recently undergone a complete coaching structure overhaul and are looking for coaches to lead and mentor their assigned age group to excellence. In addition to coaching, our coaches will also be responsible for visiting schools with whom we have agreements to encourage children to join our club and play field hockey.

We are looking for coaches who are technically sound, supportive, patient, and have excellent communication skills. If you are a certified coach, have experience coaching or want to start your coaching journey with us then we want to hear from you.
